Though Paradise and Magalia suffered significant damage during the Camp Fire of 2018, the area has rebounded and continues to grow at a rate unmatched in the State of California.

There has been more infrastructure and construction work completed in five years than Manhattan saw after 9/11, with major, transformative projects still to come.
